Ticket booking and cancellation policy


To confirm your booking with Daiichi Travel, a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total program value, inclusive of any applicable bank charges (processing fees), is required. Payment can be made via Credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.


Should unforeseen circumstances affect your travel plans, Daiichi Travel is here to assist you with cancellation procedures and refund processes. Our refund policy is aligned with the requirements of our suppliers and is outlined as follows:

  • A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation.
  • Cancellation charges are as follows:
    • More than 20 days before the commencement of the trip: 15% of the total tour cost
    • 14 days before trip commencement: 30% of the total tour cost
    • 10 days before trip commencement: 45% of the total tour cost
    • From 10 to 07 days before trip commencement: 70% of the total tour cost
    • No show for cancellations 7 days before the commencement of the tour.

Cancellation By Daiichi Travel

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure, political instability, health concerns, natural disasters, or flight cancellations, Daiichi Travel reserves the right to cancel the contract. In such cases, registrants will be fully reimbursed, but are not entitled to any additional compensation.

Balance Payment

The balance payment is due on the day of departure and can be settled by cash, PayPal, Credit card, or bank transfer. Prior to departure, our tour operator will arrange a briefing or orientation session at your convenience.
